An inner city Spoonville is reportedly not offering the same kind of friendly and uplifting vibe that its sister cities in the outer suburbs have been. While vibrant and welcoming communities of half-human half-wooden spoon creations have been popping up all around our local area, residents living near a laneway in Abbotsford have claimed their Spoonville is decidedly less kid friendly.

One such resident contacted The Watsonia Bugle this week to share their concerns. Speaking under the strict condition of anonymity, they said, “Yeah, look, I’ve seen some really cute little Spoonvilles on my social media newsfeeds lately, but ours sure ain’t one of them. Our spoons are giving off a completely different vibe. And their willingness to mix with the local used syringe population has caused nothing but trouble.”
