A local mum has discovered the ultimate life hack for Christmas shopping, telling family and friends that the trick has saved her time, money and stress. This year for Christmas, Rebecca Banford has let her fingers do the walking by going online and buying everyone on her shopping list a The Watsonia Bugle t-shirt.
Speaking about the revolutionary life hack, Banford said, “I can’t believe I didn’t think of it earlier. They come in all sizes — mens, womens, kids, and even a little onesie for babies — plus I didn’t even have to leave the house to get them all. In fact, I did it all from the comfort of my own couch. Just jumped on my phone, picked them all out, and was done in less than 10 minutes.”
In previous years, Banford claims to have spent hours looking around for different gifts for everyone. She said, “I went everywhere man. Norfies, Greensy Plaza, Shoppo, the city. I used to search high and low. Have you ever tried to get a decent car park at Greensy Plaza after about 9.15am on a Saturday in December? No chance. But this year, it’s all done. Plus, nothing I ever bought in the past matched the value for money, street cred, and fashionability of those t-shirts. My whole family is going to look cool this summer.”
